Justin Bieber has officially filed to dismiss the lawsuit he brought against two women who made claim in 2020 of sexual assaults by the singer.
The defamation suit brought against the two Jane Doe plaintiffs – social media users who were later identified as Khadidja Dijibrine (while the other went by the psuedonym of just ‘Danielle’) will now be dismissed with Bieber claiming he only wanted to make a point and was not actually after any monetary damages.

The women claimed they’d been violated by the Canadian superstar in 2014 and 2015. Not only has The Biebs vehemently denied the sexual assaults, he backed up his claims that the allegations were “factually impossible” with some big fat receipts showing that he was no where near the locations he was allegedly in when “assaulting” the women.
While alleging Danielle and Khadidja, (who he had a hunch were, in fact, the same person running two different accounts on Twitter where the accusations were first made) were accusing him in the hopes of seeking attention and money and to ruin his rep, the now 28 year old provided the courts “indisputable documentary evidence” to prove their sexual assault claims are nothing but “outrageous, fabricated lies.”
‘Danielle’ accused the star of sexually assaulting her at a hotel in Austin in March 2014 following his SXSW Festival performance. Bieber actually spent the night at a rental property with then girlfriend, Selena Gomez. The Biebs went as far as to share the (actual) receipt for the stay on Twitter.
Dijibrine made her sexual accusation on the same day that ‘Danielle’ did. Dijibrine says her ‘assault’ occurred at a NYC hotel a year later. Bieber’s legal team had a photographic alibi for their client showing Bieber at the Met Gala and at an after-party at the exact time of the alleged assault.
Until pulling the defamation lawsuit, Bieber was suing for more than $20 million in damages — $10 million for each of the accuser’s outlandish stories.
