’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that Memphis and Hamza have been going back and forth for awhile. Memphis agreed to be Hamza’s wife in a really cute proposal, but she conveniently forgot that there was one thing that she wanted out of Hamza and that was a pre-nup.

Only, by the time she got to her location and got in contact with her lawyer, the lawyer told her that she was completely out of luck because a pre-nup would take a long time to draw up and get filed. However, there was still a way to protect herself by making Hamza sign a post-nuptial agreement.

’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Hamza will sign the post-nup

What is a post-nup? Serves the same purposes as a pre-nup only it’s done after the wedding. This was the only way that it could be done because Memphis and Hamza had already begun the wedding celebration, which was originally going to take 5 days, but they abbreviated it down to two and we’re not actually sure why that is but we’ll say COVID restrictions even though we’re pretty sure that is not it.

Memphis was reluctant to even bring this up because she didn’t want to get into a fight with Hamza and potentially ruin things between her and his family before the wedding… you know what they say about the road to hell, right? It’s paved with good intentions, and as good as an intentions as Memphis had, she almost ruined her own wedding.

She decided to use Memphis’s sister, Rawia, as a translator between them to get the ball rolling and ask him about the post-nup agreement. Hamza said that she had already talked to him about this, which made Rawia think that that was going to be the end of the conversation but then Memphis said that if he didn’t sign the post-nup that she didn’t want to be married to him.

Rawia had a fit saying that she wanted someone who wanted to marry her brother, not someone who wanted to marry a piece of paper. Fortunately, Hamza stepped in and said that he would sign the post-nup because Memphis’s happiness mattered to him.

Also, this is going to keep things nice between him and his future Mother-in-Law. Did anyone notice that Memphis’s Mom was having a fit over her not being able to get a pre-nup, but perhaps she’ll be appeased over the fact that Hamza seems willing to sign the post-nup. Although, something tells me that this is not the last legal headache that these two will have. Stay tuned!!!
