‘Full House’ star, Jodie Sweetin will be starting her 40th year as an engaged woman.
Turning 40 on January 19 would have been quite the milestone for the actress, had her boyfriend of 4 years, Mescal Wasilewski not popped the question the weekend before her birthday.
Posting a photo to Instagram on Monday, Jodie showed off a big rock and an even bigger smile and captioned the photo of the happy couple with

Wasilewski, a therapist specializing in the field of addiction and mental health for over 16 years, was first linked to the starlet in February of 2018 when Jodie posted a loved-up collage of the duo.
‘Full House’ Alum Jodie Sweetin is Engaged
Sweetin famously battled drug addition after her tenure on Full House but has been clean and sober since 2008. She later became certified as a drug and alcohol counselor and this may be where or how she met Mescal.
This will be the fourth marriage for Sweetin. From 2002 until 2006 she was married to police officer, Shaun Holguin. In 2007 she married Cody Herpin, a crew member who works on movie sets. The couple had a daughter, Zoie, but split in 2010. Jodie then married actor Morty Coyle in 2012. Before they divorced in 2016 they added a second daughter, Beatrix to the family.
The news of Jodie’s engagement comes just over one week after her beloved Full House co-star and onscreen dad, Bob Saget died unexpectedly.
Jodie reunited with her Full House family, John Stamos, Dave Coulier, Candace Cameron Bure, Lori Loughlin, Andrea Barber, Scott Weinger and Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen at the comedian and icon’s funeral.
It’s nice to see there is some happier news to celebrate. May the group will get together under much better circumstances again soon.
