’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that Memphis Smith and fiancé Hamza are definitely from two different worlds when it comes to culture. Memphis is a very typical American girl and Hamza seems to come from only a slightly less judgmental background than the one we saw in Jordan (the whole Brittany Banks situation), but it seems that Memphis has an entirely different set of expectations than Brittany did with Yazan.

Thankfully, unlike Yazan’s parents, Hamza’s Mom seems largely supportive of the relationship itself, even if she’s not on board with Hamza and Memphis staying in the same room.

’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Are Memphis and Hamza mismatched?

But the one difference between Brittany and Memphis is the fact that Memphis has kids and eventually wants a man who can step up and be a father to those kids, Hamza, while he may be well-meaning, had trouble changing his own sheets and seems to be overly attached to his Mom for his age.

If he ends up moving to the US with Memphis, then this may present a problem because he is going to miss all the support (emotional, not just chores, etc.) that he gets from his Mom. Memphis is the type that does not mind being that shoulder to lean on, but at the end of the day, you only have one Mom and it’s unfair of anyone to expect someone else to fulfill that role.

As for Memphis, she may not realize just how immature Hamza actually is at first. She also doesn’t seem to be well-versed in middle-eastern culture. Right now it seems that they have not really figured out the living situation, whether he will be attempting to come to the US or she wil be attempting to move to Tunisia, but it looks like it will be a fish out of water situation for quite awhile in either scenario.

Though, Memphis not being well-versed in the culture of Tunisia might be a lot more problematic for her than things would be for Hamza if he were to emigrate to the United States with her.

We haven’t really seen them interact much aside from Memphis being slightly put out that they wouldn’t be able to spend the night in the same room together, it looks like we’ll have to wait till next week for that. Stay tuned!!!
