Ed Brown from 90 Day Fiancé has been on a lot of dates. Not all of them have been good ones and in the latest episode of 90 Day: The Single Life, we will see him go on yet another date that was spoiled by drama. Although this drama wasn’t caused by him or his date, it was caused by gun fire.
90 Day Fiancé: The Date in Mexico
Ed has been talking to a woman via phone and text named Kaory. She lives in Mexico and they have grown closer since they first started chatting. They were introduced through mutual friends and things seem to be gong very well for them right now. Ed wanted to take the plunge and go to Mexico to meet her.
90 Day Fiancé: Ed Brown Gets Shot on Date
He told cameras, “I know this feels super rushed, but I’m ready to get on a plane and go to Mexico to meet her. There’s always a danger and a thrill in moving fast, but I kind of like it.” On the date, the couple was getting to know one another and aside from the rainy weather, Ed thought it was going well. That was until gun shots rang out and they had to hide.
Ed has some doubts about Kaory though, “My mind is racing about a hundred miles an hour. What if Kaory doesn’t like me? What if her son doesn’t like me? What if he ex-husband wants to beat me up? I mean, there’s a thousand things racing through my mind, but I’m going to stay calm by breathing. I’m kind of freaking out because I don’t want to make the same mistakes that I did with Rosemarie, and I don’t want to get my heart broken.”
Could it have been his lucky underwear or lucky socks? Is that what ruined the date or was it just the gun fire? Ed tells cameras, “I’m like, what the f**k? My first date, traveled all this way to get here, I’m looking around going, what the hell am I doing? Like, was this worth it? Is this a sign?
Kaory was very nervous about meeting Ed too. They have quite the language barrier, but it seems like they both have a sense of humor about it. As the gun shots ring out, Kaory was praying while she was hiding with Ed in the restaurant. This was a very scary and exciting way to go on a first date.
