On reality dating shows, we all get very excited when the couples get married, stay together, and have children. This has just happened for Married at First Sight cast members, Jessica Studer and Austin Hurd. They were on the tenth season of the show and on November 3, they welcomed their first child. A baby boy, Westin Paul Hurd. He weighed 7 pounds and 12 ounces and measured 20 inches in length.

Austin and Jessica are very excited about welcoming their bundle of joy. The couple told fans, “We’re ALL doing great and are healthy just very tired. Thrilled to finally meet him and excited to bring him home.” We first learned that they were expecting back in July and in October, they found out that they were having a boy.

Jessica told fans, “We are very excited that the newest addition to the Hurd family is going to be a baby boy. Neither of us had a huge preference but now that we know it’s a boy (we both guessed it would be) we can’t wait to meet the little man. Austin is excited to pass on his passion for baseball and all things sports! And I’m excited to be a mommy!”
When Jessica first made the announcement about having a baby, she told her fans, “We both knew that we wanted to be parents when we met but wanted to wait for the time to be right. Now that we have been married for almost two years and are a little more settled with a house, we are as ready as we can be. I know Austin is going to be a great dad, and I can’t wait for November 2021 to meet baby H.”
Then Jessica made some comments about their marriage and appearing on Married at First Sight. “It’s crazy to think that only a year and a half ago we met and married as strangers, moved to two apartments, got a dog, Austin changed his job, I moved up in my career, and now we’re homeowners!” With all of the great things that happened in their lives, adding a baby boy to the mix just seemed to be the perfect transition for them as a couple.
Jessica and Austin were a fan favorite couple on their season of Married at First Sight and viewers wanted to see them have a successful marriage and from the looks of it, they have gotten everything they’ve wanted so far.
