‘Vanderpump Rules’ alum Jax Taylor may be little more than “a guy who used to be on a show I watch” to some, but to recently dumped Randall Emmett– the ex fiancé of ‘Pump Rules star, Lala Kent– Jax just may be what the doctor ordered.
50 year old movie producer/director, Randall was seen hanging out with ex-reality star, Jax at Casa Vega restaurant in Studio City, a trendy neighborhood of L.A.
According to eyewitnesses it was solely a ‘guys night’ with neither Lala nor Jax’s wife, Brittany Cartwright in sight. They also assert that it seemed very much like Randall was venting to Jax and even garnering some advice.

Jax and Randall were seen bro-ing out in several previous Vanderpump Rules episodes so it’s no surprise to see the two together. ‘Pump Rules stars are sure to have thoughts about the two hanging out though.
As it is, James Kennedy, one of Kala’s best allies was suspicious about the timing of Lala and Randall’s split, complaining that it happened just as the episode where James proposed to girlfriend, Raquel Leviss aired, therefore stealing their thunder. He also pointed out that the paparazzi attention on Lala was occurring only one day before a book signing for her autobiography, “Give them Lala”
Neither Randal or 31 year old Lala have spoken publicly about the split that swirled with rumors of Randall cheating on his baby-mama with 2 cocktail waitresses.
Lala did address the break-up which came just 7 months after their daughter, Ocean was born on her “Give Them Lala” podcast, only to say, “There will be a time where I feel comfortable enough to open up and share. Today’s definitely not that day.” The Utah native went on to explain, “It’s been a lot, I’m going through a lot and at this point in time, I just want to protect my child.”
Vanderpump Rules season 9 is currently airing on Bravo, with Lala causing waves between Scheana Shay and her baby-daddy, Australian football player, Brock Davies. A lot of what she is saying about Scheana’s possible future is suddenly looking like she was writing the script to her own future split from the father of her daughter.
