In a filing by Ernest Moore, the son of Myrtle Moore, who was under a conservatorship by the state of California, it would seem that Britney Spears’ former lawyer, along with Judge Brenda Penney, was implicated to be “part of an ongoing criminal enterprise under the color of authority by Probate Judicial Offices and the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies that protect their crimes.” according to the filing.
Does Ernest Moore or the Moore Estate have anything to do with Britney Spears or the conservatorship herself? No, but it’s very interesting that two active players in the case have been implicated in doing the same thing to a conservatee who was, while rich, worth a lot less than Britney Spears.

Myrtle Moore’s fortunes only amassed a few million dollars as opposed to Britney’s $50M cash cow, but even the paltry in comparison $2.5M and $750,000.00 were enough to make the dollar signs in these people’s eyes go off.
It is speculated that Ernest Moore was using this filing as a whistleblower filing, in order to catch Attorney Matt Rosengart’s attention, and indeed, since there were a few of the same players in the game, and a lot of cash was at stake, Rosengart has every reason to believe that these cases are at least tangently related and that Moore’s claims may hold some traction.
Also, it seems that Britney Spears isn’t the only one accusing Samuel Ingham of not doing anything, Ernest Moore states in his filing that Ingham failed time and time again to protect his Mother and at one point a co-conservator filed an illegal reverse mortgage on Mrs. Moore’s house and got money for the house without either Ernest or Myrtle’s knowledge.
So… is this how Jamie Spears amassed so much money when Britney was not recording? Did he do some shady reverse mortgage dealings behind her back and just continually save up the money? It’s still a mystery to us as to how Britney kept somehow making money without doing tours or performing or even releasing music.
So what gives? Yes, she had merch and a perfume empire that according to her brother had amassed over $100M last year, which could account for some of the money, but what about the rest of it?
And where did a lot of Britney’s funds go? Aside from lining Sam Ingham’s pockets? Perhaps the information in this case could be used to shed some light on the Britney case. Stay tuned!!!
