Shane Dawson uploaded the third and final installment in his horror series on his channel about Third Bridge in Colorado. In the previous episode he had gone into detail about the history of the place about how a young 14 year old girl died there in a car accident in 1997 and about how there was an entire tribe of native Americans who were slaughtered there around the bridge.
There were also tales of a young couple who had died there, apparently third bridge is a popular hangout among the teens and young adults in the town… as all haunted places generally are.
Shane Dawson’s latest video incenses people?
But what really seemed to catch people’s attention was that Shane was wearing a t-shirt that says “I survived” and they didn’t exactly know what that was in reference to. However, a lot of fans have speculated that it was in reference to and making fun of his previous online “cancellation”, saying that he “survived” being cancelled – it’s a little too soon to joke about that from some fans’ perspective.
On the other hand, it could just not be that deep and he could just be poking fun at the fact that he survived going to third bridge, which is probably more like it in all honesty, I don’t even think Shane is fully ready to joke about being cancelled yet.
But then there’s been claims on Shane’s instagram that his video has invited paranormal activity into the lives of his fanbase? People were posting in their instagram stories about how strange and paranormal things happened to them once they watched the video, specifically electronics going off and on.
So me, being the person who practically never has paranormal activity sat don and watched the video from start to finish and… so far, nothing doing! A lot of people were saying that their electronics acted up or their internet konked out during the middle of it but that was simply not the case here, so, I’ll just give a personal opinion and say that I don’t think the video is cursed.
Were there a few creepy moments? Sure. The scream that they heard was unmistakable, it was a young girl screaming and you could hear it plainly, on camera. It came from absolutely nowhere. As for the other sounds like the horse on the road and the old man crying, the audio didn’t really pick up for those sounds, but there was a shadow on the video footage later that looked remarkably like a horse trotting.
Ryland Adams, Shane’s fiance, said that he heard native american war drums and in other videos of third bridge you can definitely hear it but not in this one. It just sounds like white noise.
The creepiest thing that happened was when they went back to their car and found an old oil painting by the bridge of a clown that was decidedly not there when they parked. Ryland’s Mom wanted it for her bathroom but Shane discouraged her against it saying he felt there was a demon attached to it.
That was the one thing in this video that I was honestly creeped out by, because you couldn’t hear a car up on the road when they were underneath the bridge, and even if it was a prankster of the living variety – that means that someone knew they were there and they wanted to prank them. That was weird. Since this is the final installment, what next? We don’t know yet. Stay tuned!!!
