Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh get a lot of backlash on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way. Their relationship is a little bit strange. She continues to push him to marry her and his family still will not give them the blessing. This has put both of them in a weird place.
They love one another, but it seems that his parents just keep pushing the fact that she is much older than him and they will never approve of this marriage. His parents are worried that Jenny is too old for him and that when they get married, he will just end up being her caretaker. Summit and Jenny don’t see it like this and now Jenny has been standing up for Sumit with her followers on Instagram.

Sumit’s parents continue to tell him that they will not give him permission to marry Jenny and he keeps telling her that they will be married. There are plenty of varying opinions when it comes to these two and Jenny has had enough of her followers on social media putting Sumit down.
She had to stand up for herself on Facebook this week when a fan left her a very rude comment. She posted a picture with Sumit and a fan wrote, “Jenny, Sumit needs to stand up for you.” This really got her feathers ruffled and she replied with, “He has and does every day. How do you think we are together?”
Jenny had another fan tell her that they thought she should just go back to the states because there is no way that Sumit will marry her. Another fan jumped in and said that Jenny was already in the states and this started a lot of rumors very quickly. Jenny didn’t reply back to the fans that said she was in the states, so that led many of them to think that they were on a break or this was part of the visa process.
No matter what he does to her, even when he catfished her, Jenny has stood by Sumit’s side. It is crazy that she keeps pushing him to marry her and still has yet to see any results. Sumit’s family has very strict rules for marriage and many fans think that Jenny just needs to let him go. Jenny, on the other hand, will stay by his side forever.
