CBS ‘The Young and the Restless (Y&R)’ Spoilers are ready to settle in for some more character building, and it should be interesting to see how things work out.
And since this is Genoa City, we have little doubt we could see a plot twist or two coming. One could even start a mini scuffle between friends.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For 9 September: Jack comes clean
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) has been having some relationship issues lately, and we’re finally going to find out why.
And no, it’s not because Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) is an evil, manipulative women. It’s because she’s a younger version of Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and he’ll tell Phyllis that.
In fact, he’ll say he hoped she’d turn out like Phyllis and this is where things could get interesting.
Normally, it’s easy to say Phyllis could see his point and try to deflect him toward Sally or whoever he was interested in, but since she hates the younger red head, she’ll take it as he’s flirting with her.
Which he is to a point, but we think it’s more along the line of being honest with her and hoping to see her reaction.
We doubt Phyllis will be happy to hear this, and things could turn sour between them pretty quickly as emotions run wild.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers For 9 September: Sally’s intentions
Sally’s going to be a major topic of the day, and Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will dive into things to protect his son.
To do so, he’ll sit down with Sally and have a conversation about what her intentions are toward Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
CBS “The Young and Our Restless” Spoilers expect Sally to be her usual controlled self as she’ll respond it’s just work, but Victor won’t believe her because no one can withstand the pull of a Newman man.
To allay his fears, she’ll point out there was a spark but they’re purely business now and that’s how it’s going to stay.
This will be the beginning of Victor pushing Adam away once more when he continues to disprove of Sally, and his digging into her past to unearth everything to convince Adam to fire her.
We could be headed for another Newman war if Adam lets his control on his natural impulses slip, but we doubt that’ll happen just yet.
