When Victor Newman has something to say, you better believe that everyone in the room is going to sit up and listen. And that’s exactly what happened when ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers find that star Eric Braeden took to his Twitter account to urge his followers to get vaccinated this past weekend. Here’s what he has to say.
Eric said, “To my friends in MISSISSIPPI, PLEASE GET VACCINATED! I did, both times and will again for a booster shot! I promise, it helps!! Same to my friends in FLORIDA and LOUISANA! When I come visit there, I want you around!!”
‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Eric Braeden is Urging All Of His Fans To Get Vaccinated
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for Eric’s fans and followers to weigh in on the matter, with some for and others against getting the vaccine. Some comments included, “Will not get vaccinated. I cannot support it. However, love Y&R and will always continue to watch it,” and “We have many people here in Indiana who are getting covid AFTER shot,” along with, “Who’s paying for medical bills in case of unwanted/unexpected side effects? A lot of us in Florida have no access to healthcare.”
And then there were those who said, “I’ve never heard of serious side effects from the vaccine, yet the side effects from Covid can be very serious or fatal. I’ve had 2 shots of Pfizer and it made me a little sleepy, plus my arm was a little sore for a couple of days and then I was fine,” along with, “Most people who are not vaccinated by now will never be, they trust no one, and think they know best. But we see the fact of the reality it the unvaccinated are the problem. And are the catalyst for new outbreaks.”
