Michelle Young is set to be the new lead on The Bachelorette, and by the looks of it, she is ready to make an impression with the latest group of men.

Michelle, for her part, has a lot to live up to, given how the last season with Katie Thurston played out. Greg Grippo’s dramatic exit dominated a season in which there were still many questions left lingering over the intentions of the contestants.
And yet, it seems Michelle is ready to put down her own stamp and will not settle for anything less. In a preview of the trailer, we can see Michelle walking down the hall in her gown.
She then smells some roses and shoots a ball in the basketball hoop as well as picking up an apple from the desk with a smile. Her actions were accompanied by the following words: “I’m looking for someone who’s gonna change the world with me. I’m ready.”
The fans, though, are already aware of who Michelle is following her arrival on Matt James’ version of the show. And she certainly made an ever-lasting impression when she made it into the latter stages of the show.
However, Matt would go on to choose Rachael Kirkconnell instead, but the drama did not end there. Michelle accused Matt of simply brushing her aside and not providing her with enough closure.
Although Matt did apologise, that outburst won her a lot of respect amongst the fans. But after having reconciled with Matt, she was ready to go to the next step and find some love of her own.
In an interview on Good Morning America, she stated: “I’m excited that I get to have somebody to bond over with this and share notes as we go. I really do think that this process works. When you can set down all these outside distractions and really dive in, I think you can learn a lot about somebody.” Time will tell how Michelle manages the dynamics of the show, but given what we have seen so far, fans are in for a treat. We will have to see how things will play out.
