It’s been a week for Tom Girardi. Once known as the go-to guy for those in need of a pitbull of an  L.A. lawyer and worth an estimated $264 million, Girardi has officially been disbarred from federal law and is now moving from his multi-million dollar mansion and into an elderly residence.

Though court proceedings started last year in regards to Girardi’s alleged embezzlement of funds won on behalf of his clients, it took until last week for California Federal Court to ban Girardi from practicing federal law. State bar proceedings are still pending.

The disbarring came not due to Girardi’s alleged shady dealings but because, in February, the founder of Girardi Keese law firm was placed under a temporary conservatorship. Soon after, a psychiatrist informed the courts that Girardi is suffering from Alzheimer’s disease.

Now, amid legal battles, and a divorce between Girardi and Bravolebrity, Erika Jayne, the estranged couple have move from their $13 million Pasadena former love nest. The Real Housewife of Beverly Hills is now a “down and out, soon to be divorcee” near Fairfax, ‘forced’ to live in a 1920’s Spanish style 2,015-square-foot, three bedrooms and two bath ‘hovel’.

Girardi, on the other hand, has been seen moving into his new senior living residence in Burbank. Though it seems to be quite the change and a rather ‘no-frills’ environment for the millionaire law shark, his new digs, Belmont Village is said to cost between $ 4,545 and $ 4,750 per month for a private suite, staffed 24/7 with meals prepared by a community chef, offering very flexible dining options.

We can only imagine the victims of his alleged fraud would enjoy having 4.5K to spend each month.

Photos of Girardi showed the 82 year old looking far weaker and thinner than when he was last seen on RHOBH with his soon to be ex-wife, Jayne.

The divorce and Erika and Tom’s legal battles are still the topic of conversation on RHOBH which airs Wednesdays at 9pm ET on Bravo.
