There is always speculation when it comes to who will be the next Bachelor or Bachelorette. There are rumors flying around about the next Bachelor and Nick Viall, who hosts the Viall Files podcast, has some ideas of his own as to who should be the new Bachelor. Many of his listeners were surprised at who he has chosen, but there are some that are cheering for this man! Let’s see who Nick thinks will be the next Bachelor.
Bachelor Nation: Nick Explains It To Fans
Nick thinks that the next Bachelor should be Joe Amabile, also known to fans as Grocery Store Joe. He has been a fan favorite for quite some time now and his fans really want to see him with a beautiful lady. He is kind and compassionate and many think that it is his turn to get a beautiful bride. Nick told listeners, “There could be someone to get a Bachelor edit from Paradise. I’m almost certain that it must be Grocery Store Joe from what we’re seeing in episode one.”
On August 2, Nick was told by a source close to the show, “I think that everyone should wait for Paradise to air before we anoint the next Bachelor. I think there is one particular person that everyone is going to want to be The Bachelor, and whether or not they are even available to be the Bachelor at the end of it still remains to be seen. The next leading man will be pulled from Bachelor in Paradise. There’s a big star in Paradise this year.”
Why does Nick want Joe to be the next Bachelor? He thinks that Joe has a lot of potential to really grab a lot of fans and viewers. They loved his story when he appeared on the Bachelorette and after his split from Kendall Long, it looks like he needs to find just the right woman.
Nick then went on to say, “I love Joe this episode. There’s a real honesty and earnestness. You could see him really struggling. I think it’s very relatable. I had feelings like that when I went back on Paradise. He’s probably one of the best people at owning his awkwardness and leaning into it and not pretending he’s not being awkward. That comes across as very charming.”
