Emily Simpson, who is best known for being on the Real Housewives of Orange County, has decided to undertake some cosmetic surgery, but not in the manner you may have envisaged.
‘Real Housewives of Orange County’: Emily Simpson Has Her Fillers Removed
The star decided to remove any fillers that she had gotten in her face in order to embrace her natural beauty. And the results were there for all to see, as shown in the following picture. In the picture here, we can see a side-by-side of Emily before and after the fillers were removed.
On the left, Emily’s face has become more rounded and proportionate following the removal. With the results having worked out so well, she could not contain her joy. During an interview with People magazine, Emily opened up on the huge difference she had noticed.
She said: “I believe the filler had migrated on my face, and there was too much right underneath eyes. It gave me what I call ‘The Cabbage Patch Kid’ look, which made me lose my eyes. The area directly under my eyes was too puffy.”
With the difference so noticeable, fans came out in droves on social media to comment on Emily’s new look. Naturally, there were some comments that did not take too kindly to what Emily had done, but on the whole, it was positive.
And none more so than from the comments that were made by Emily’s doctor (Dr Jennifer Armstrong), who explained how she was able to help out. In a prior Instagram post, she remarked: “Beautiful Emily Simpson from #rhoc came in looking for some advice. I explained that sometimes people put too much #filler in their #face, which can actually age them. I put back her natural features.”
Emily had no regrets about the procedure. She had begun to notice that her confidence was taking a hit, as she did not enjoy taking pictures as much as she used to. And given her presence on a show where the cameras are everywhere, she knew she had to act. Her following comments confirmed as much: “I recently started noticing that I didn’t like how I looked in photos, and it was hard to see my eyes when I smiled.”
