HGTV’s Tarek and Christina surprised everyone when, after their divorce, they continued to work with each other on their wildly successful house-renovation show- Flip or Flop. Now it looks as though the partnership is disintegrating swiftly with Tarek lashing out at his ex-wife on the Filip or Flop set.
The latest screaming match reportedly stemmed from Tarek not appreciating how Christina signaled to him that the crew were ready to begin shooting. Tarek broke out into a tirade, comparing his ex to his soon to be new wife, Selling Sunset’s Heather Rae Young, screaming that she is “hotter and richer” than Christina.

He further declared that he “made” Christina but now she’s no more than a “washed-up loser.”
“Look at me, look at me, look at me. It’s called winning. The world knows you’re crazy!” he continued to hurl abuse, finishing up by telling Christina he likes to see her fail.
Production has reportedly been forced to shut down several times when the exes fire up at each other, with lots of solo shooting done to work around the toxicity.
Tarek is reportedly furious at Christina after admitting to smoking toad venom which led her to her new boyfriend, Joshua Hall. Tarek claims to be concerned for the safety of their two children.
However, this isn’t the first time Tarek has gone off the rails when it comes to his relationship with Christina. Police were called to the couple’s residence around 6 months before they announced their split for an armed and possibly suicidal male.
Tarek, gun in hand jumped the back fence of their property when police arrived. He was soon found in the hiking trails near their property and was compliant with police.
Tarek and Christina were married from 2009 to 2018. They have two children together, as well as their hit series. Both also have separate shows on HGTV- Christina has Christina on the Coast and Tarek helms Flipping 101.
