The duo have some bad blood between them ever since Jordyn was caught kissing Khloé’s lover Tristan Thompson. Although some time has passed since then, the two have been unable to bury the hatchet. And the reason why Khloé has cut ties seems to be a lack of remorse on Jordyn’s part.
During the Keeping up with the Kardashians reunion show, Khloé told Andy Cohen how Jordyn never reached out to apologise to her. She said: “No. [She did not apologise.] I personally don’t talk to her, but I think she’s doing really well in her personal life.” Nevertheless, Khloé has no hard feelings towards Jordyn.
She has since moved on with Tristan, as they were rumoured to have gotten engaged. Not only that, Khloé and Tristan have been vocal over how they are trying to have a baby, despite Khloé’s well-documented fertility problems.
And this healing would not have been possible unless Khloé was the bigger person. She added: “I do forgive Jordyn, or else I would be a prisoner in my life. I have to forgive these people for me, and it’s up to them to forgive themselves and to be accountable and learn.” The wider family does not view it the same, though.
Kylie Jenner opened up on how Jordyn’s betrayal ended her friendship with Jordyn. She admitted that she could no longer have Jordyn in her inner circle for fear that it would create tension within the family.
She stated: “Jordyn and I did talk after that. When we were friends, [but our parting]. It was kind of an overnight thing. When she did something to my family, it felt like she did something, you know, to me.” It will be fascinating to see whether Jordyn does reach out to Khloe and meet face to face to clear the air.
With the dirty laundry already out in the open, there is nothing for Jordyn to lose by offering to meet Khloe. After all, issuing an apology directly is only going to win her over with the fans. We will have to see how it all plays out.
