‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that there’s been a lot more talk about Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) children, Jonny and Katie lately and some fans think that we may see them aged up shortly after Billy’s move in with Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).

We haven’t seen much of the two lately, but with Billy and Lily getting a place together and a room for the kids, there might be a chance that we will see them sooner rather than later.

It’s happened to all the children before, they start at 7 years old and next thing we know they’re 17. With the exception of Faith Newman (Reylynn Caster), who we saw Alyvia Alyn Lind progress through as she grew up.

One viewer wrote, “I betcha next year, Johnny and Katie will be aged to teenagers.” and two others responded to the comment saying, “We can only hope. Seems like they been babies, youngsters far to long. Shouldn’t they be closer to Faith’s age?” and “I hope not. The Charlie & Maddie thing was particularly ridiculous. Lily doesn’t even look her own age and she’s got kids in college now? ?.”

It looks like we have fans on both sides of the storyline, but I for one tend to agree that they need to be aged up, at least a little. It does seem like they’ve been children for far too long, but then again, we do know the dangers of rapidly aging characters. It’s honestly a toss-up.

What do you think? Should Johnny and Katie be rapidly aged to teenagers or do you think they’ll stay little ones for a while longer? Let us know in the comments below.
