’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers reveal that Angela Deem Illesanmi has been denied her facelift surgery, because she can’t stay away from her cigarettes. Dr. David Saadat, the doctor who was going to perform her surgery said that Angela has to stay away from cigarettes for at least four weeks pre-surgery and prove it to him so that he can do the surgery.
He said that if Angela had the surgery and smoked that it could cause tissue necrosis around her face and mouth which would defeat the entire purpose of getting a facelift because if you google tissue necrosis that means that the tissue is dead and dying and rotting away.

Dr. Saadat went so far as to tell her that he was no longer his patient, yike! He did say that they could revisit the surgery in four weeks after she quit smoking. He even went so far as to say that when she returned to his office he would perform a nicotine test on her and made her sign a contract saying that she would either comply with his no-smoking rule or he would charge her a $1500 cancellation fee.
She did say that even though she was disappointed, that the contract and Dr. Saadat’s commitment to making her quit smoking proved to her that he was a really good doctor, which is incredibly sportsmanlike of Angela to say. (I thought she would certainly throw a Karen-type fit in the office but she didn’t.)
However Angela says that this is going to prove very difficult for her because she has never even gone two weeks without a cigarette, and she started smoking at the tender age of 13. That’s close to four decades being addited to nicotine, the habit is indeed not going to be an easy one to kick. So today, we didn’t see the Karen side of Angela because she’d probably had a couple of cigarettes on her way in.
However, when she gets back to Georgia I am pretty sure we’ll get to see a lot of Karen fits, poor Michael is going to be on the receiving end of them! Although, one thing he can be glad about – at least she’s not going to spend $25K on this surgery, maybe she can tote that egg now! Provided they can find one. Stay tuned!!!
