‘Bold and The Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers finds that we all love her as Shauna Fulton on . This week has been a crazy one on the show and in the life of Denise Richards. She recently had a major health scare and is just starting to open up about it.

Richards went back to the set of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for a reunion episode. She was happy to do it, but she discovered a health issue when she was there. In fact, she actually thanks her fans for helping her to discover what was going on with her body.

Denise had recently changed her diet to take gluten out of it because of the effects it has on her thyroid. Well, she slipped up on her diet during the reunion and her thyroid began to get bigger and bigger. This was pretty scary to her and to her fans and that is why so many of them reached out to her about.

Richards has been pretty open about her diet and her health and that is why many fans noticed something immediately had changed with her. She did mention that while she was with the other housewives of Beverly Hills, she was having such a great time that it didn’t really hit hurt that she wasn’t being kind to her body.
She said that she knew her thyroid was being exposed to gluten, but sometimes, she was the mentality that if she ignores it, it will go away. It didn’t though. She says that she doing great now and she has been really watching what she eats so she can keep her health up and feel good all at the same time.
We are very happy that Denise knew what the health issue was and she is able to take care of it. We will continue to watch her as Shauna on the Bold and the Beautiful.
