‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that the people behind Y&R shared a video on social media telling people to #StopAsianHate. The video tells the story of Asian-American Heritage Month that’s taking place in May and how people should help fight back against racism that they may experience.
However, fans of Y&R aren’t thrilled by the video. You can watch it by using the link below that was uploaded with the following caption,

Viewers commented on the post, “STOP ALL HATE!”, “Who’s Hating Asians?? Y&R This Is BS being brought on by someone to continue to promote Hate!!”, “Stop the hate starts at home!”, “Hate is the worst 4 letter word!! Stop racism. I was brought up in a town of all different races but we never saw them as different. We were just residents of our little town. I am 77, almost 78 and I just don’t get it, we are all humans”, “Hopefully some Asian characters will show up in the future?!?? ?? and not token Asian either, like love interest/leading character types!” and “Please don’t become political YnR.”
The post has received some mixed responses and it seems a majority of fans want people to understand that hate starts in our home and needs to be fixed there, regardless of what kind of hate it is. It’s a difficult world out there for everyone, and we all need to come together to make it a better place.
