‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers find that both Joe and head Bold writer Bradley Bell have been hinting that Vinny might not be as gone from our screens as we first thought.
Speculations immediately began swirling. Will Vinny still have some flashback scenes of the night he died? Will we keep seeing Vinny lying dead but handsome on a slab? Does Vinny have a twin who will come to L.A. to avenge his brother’s death?
That was all cleared up today and the answer was better than we hoped. Vinny is back- as Liam Spencer’s (Scott Clifton) guilty conscience.
‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: We Haven’t Seen the Last of Vinny Walker (Joe LoCicero) Yet!
The last time we saw any sort of apparition on B&B, it was a spectacular cringe fest. You may remember when Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson) tried to haunt his young son, Douglas Forrester (Henry Joseph Samiri) in order to trap Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) into staying with the family. It was a…memorable scene. But for all the wrong reasons.
Vengeful ghost, Vinny on the other hand, berating an already guilt-ridden Liam for leaving him dying on the side of the road and pushing Liam into psychosis sounds like one of the best things we’ve seen on the Bold since Stephanie Forrester (Susan Flannery) and Sally Spectra (Darlene Conley) got on the sauce and gave Stephanie a new ‘do’.
Okay, maybe not that good, we just wanted to waltz you down memory lane there, but who doesn’t want Liam’s actions to finally catch up to him. Sure, he’s mister remorseful pretty much at all times, but that’s because he’s always doing stuff to feel guilty about!
Who knows how long Vinny will haunt Liam’s every waking (and probably sleeping) hour, but if the guilt-blinded cesspool Liam fell into thinking he’d shot and killed his father, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) is anything to go by, we could have Joe-Lo on our screens vowing “You will pay!” for quite a while yet. Sweet!
