’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers tells us that Paul Staehle and wife Karine were having problems? Remember how she literally fled his house and was bouncing around from place to place for awhile and disappeared off the map for a bit? Well, she seems to be back now, with Paul.
Not without a big, sappy message to her on his IG stories telling her that he didn’t blame her for past mistakes and that it was all his fault and how wonderful a Mom she was to his children and everything you’d expect someone like Paul to say in order to get back into the good graces of his wife.

He says that when Karine left, she went to go stay with a ‘translator friend’, in Indiana, who according to him was not a government approved translator. (Do they have to be approved by the government?) But was a fellow K1 immigrant.
Then he said that in order to free up Karine, she tried to “convince” Karine to have an abortion. Then he said that the translator and other “fans” of the show got involved in a plot to actually murder him! He also said that back in Brazil they tried to bring actual charges against him and that he had to have Karine’s family advocate for him so that he didn’t get arrested.
Right now, he says he doesn’t feel safe returning to the US. I’m not going to say that this story doesn’t have parts that are based in truth, but we have to look at Paul’s track record. Before this, Paul had a tendency to involve himself on the wrong side of the law, he’s even been in jail once, so while I don’t doubt that there may indeed be someone out there who is gunning for Paul, I’m not entirely sure that this is Karine or the translator’s fault.
This whole narrative could be a case of Paul shifting the blame for some of his own past transgressions, where he literally ticked off the wrong person.
After all, it was Paul who it was alleged got in trouble with the law for setting an ex-girlfriend’s car on fire. Paul is the one with a criminal record, not Karine.
The only thing that Karine has been guilty of so far, is having bipolar disorder and not being medicated while she was nursing a baby – and that is not a crime. Either way, it looks like Paul will be staying in Brazil with Karine and her family for quite awhile… and perhaps, for Karine and the babies, that’s a good thing. Stay tuned!!!
