British Royal Family News suggests Meghan Markle might be exaggerating her problems as some critics say the Duchess of Sussex may be paying the price of her privilege. Here’s what you need to know.
Apparently, Meghan Markle needs to realize that even though she lives a life of immense privilege, that privilege sometimes comes at a cost.
Royal historian and author Alison Weird explains that Meghan often found the constraints imposed on her by the royal family frustrating and that’s why she decided to pull the plug on her relationship with them.

And while she didn’t want to become a voiceless figurehead, whenever she raised her voice, she was criticized for it.
Weir tells Express.co.uk, “But when you read about her complaints about how she was treated, I’m sorry, I’m a Royalty watcher, I am a Royal historian of all periods. I have not seen any of what she has complained about in the media.
The royal historian also believes that Meghan might be exaggerating some of her problems.
She explained: “She has married into a life of huge privilege – you have to give up something for that. How much higher could she have aspired? There’s a price to be paid – that’s the loss of your privacy and certain constraints are placed upon you that there’s nothing you can do about it. But that’s the way it is.”
With that said though, it was Meghan’s husband Prince Harry who recently told James Corden on The Late Late Show that the couple left Britain because of the toxic media.
“We all know what the British press can be like and it was destroying my mental health. I was like, ‘This is toxic,'” Harry said of moving out of the United Kingdom last year and announcing his departure from the royal family. “So I did what any husband and any father would do. I was like, ‘I need to get my family out of here.'”
