Brandi Redmond and Bryan Redmond, the two stars of The Real Housewives of Dallas, have welcomed their newborn baby.

In a post on Instagram, Brandi put a picture of the newborn with the following caption: “Valentines came a little early this year. Welcome our sweetheart, Brilynn Mari Redmond.” And the arrival completes what has been an excellent year for the couple who announced that they were expecting a child last year. She said at the time:
“We decorated pumpkins for our little pumpkin patch this afternoon. God works in mysterious ways, and we are so thankful for his grace and glory. You never know what his plan is, but we know he’s got us in the palm of his hand. We have much to be thankful for this holiday season and want to thank all of you for your prayers, love and outpouring support.”
The star has come a long way since it was only a couple of years ago that Brandi admitted that she was not ready for another child. Brandi said: “I just don’t know if I could handle another one. I feel like I’m overwhelmed with the three that I have. I feel torn in so many different directions sometimes. I called Bryan and started crying to him on the phone on the way here,” she shared at the time. “Just because I was like, ‘I just don’t know.’… Even like, just looking at Bruin. I know how much I love him.”
Added to that, the couple had intended to adapt, but it fell through after the sudden pregnancy loss: “[Bruin’s birth mom] is already apparently giving the baby up to the state. They said there are a lot of scenarios, but they wanted to let us know that we would be the first people. I don’t want to cry about it because I just don’t know if I could handle another one. I feel like I’m overwhelmed with the three that I have. I feel torn in so many different directions sometimes.” Then following the loss, Brandi was heartbroken: “I took it pretty hard. Just, I think, emotionally and physically, my family was prepared to take it on, but she lost the baby.” It is good to see the couple have a happy ending.
