‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers find that nothing like celebrating the holidays in Salem for the show and it looks like we’re in for some more fun entertainment.
It’ll be hard to follow the Kiriakis family Christmas Eve celebration, but we’re sure John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) are up to the challenge.
As much as we’re expecting the get together to be full of love and fun times, we’re also expecting the seeds to be planted for some fun storyline continuations.
First off, it’s going to be great to have Will Horton (Chandler Massey) back even if it’s only for a short time. We’re going to miss seeing Sonny Kiriakis (Freddie Smith) on his arm, but we’ll just have to settle.
Still, we’re sure it’s going to be a great segment over all and we wouldn’t miss it for the world.
Of course, someone’s got to tempt fate given how weddings tend to go off the rails in Salem, but Belle Black (Martha Madison) and Shawn Brady (Jason Cook) are going to attempt another wedding.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For December 22: Together
Few things are more fun and make ‘Days of Our Lives’ feel better than family gatherings, and for that we’re really enjoying this year’s Christmas lineup.
So far, the DiMeras and Kiriakises have put forth good, quality family time for Christmas, and we expect the same here.
While it may not always be smooth sailing, the bumps are generally smoothed out enough that everyone has a good time as we get a break from the constant conniving and tension.
It’s also a great way to show that families can go through a lot and still have one another when the time comes, and that’s something that just makes these episode and the time of year all the more enjoyable.
In this case, we get to welcome Will back for a short time as one of our favorite families are reunited. What could possibly go wrong?
Sure, there’s a high probability that Allie Horton (Lindsay Arnold) will recognize Charlie Dale (Mike Manning) like she did Tripp Dalton (Lucas Adams), but we doubt that’ll overshadow the spirit of the episode.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For December 22: Wedding bells
For once in a long while, we think a wedding will go off without too much of a hitch when Shawn and Belle attempt to marry for a Christmas wedding.
Of course, the fact it looks like it’ll be a spur of the moment type of thing will probably help, unless someone stumbles into the event and creates a scene.
We expect Sami Brady (Alison Sweeney) to return this week, but chances are she’ll miss this event. Right?
Okay, maybe she won’t, but we can hope she pops in after everything’s said and done.
