‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers for Tuesday, May 28 find the Abbott family making a very difficult decision. Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) has a new plan for Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso). Also, Cane Ashby (Daniel Goddard) signs his divorce papers from Lily Winters (Christel Khalil).
‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) Spoilers: Emotions At All Time High As Dina Says Goodbye To Abbotts – Traci Completely Heartbroken!
It begins at the Abbott house, where Traci (Beth Maitland) and Dina (Marla Adams) talk about style and fashion. However, Dina gets moody very fast and starts complaining about a bracelet that she lost. Ashley (Eileen Davidson) then arrives but Dina doesn’t know who she is. When Dina leaves, Traci feels heartbroken over having to put Dina in an assisted care facility. Both Abby (Melissa Ordway) and Jack (Peter Bergman) enter the room. Jack says that Kyle (Michael Mealor) is on his way home, but he doesn’t know what’s going on yet.

Dina then comes back in the room and tells everyone that she knows what’s going on. She can’t control her emotions when Kyle appears. Dina asks Kyle for help and says that she refuses to go anywhere. Kyle is confused. After Jack brings him up to speed, Kyle is furious. Dina then locked herself in the den. Kyle tries to find her but finds her lost bracelet instead.
Sharon and Rey are making out at home. Mariah (Camryn Grimes) is knocking on the door. She learns that Rey has moved in with Sharon. Sharon starts off by saying that she knows they are working fast, but that they are happy. Mariah looks like she is understanding. Sharon and Mariah then decide to have lunch before Neil’s will reading.
At Crimson Lights, Michael (Christian LeBlanc) is going over Cane’s divorce papers with him. He also tells him that Cane is mentioned in Neil’s will. Cane says that he will be there to support his soon-to-be ex-wife Lily before signing the divorce documents.
At Nick Newman’s (Joshua Morrow) place, he tells Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) all about Adam Newman’s (Mark Grossman) demands. Nick says that Adam has declared war on their family.

Back at the Abbott mansion, Dina is packing her belongings after she spent some time at Chancellor Park watching Tessa (Cait Fairbanks) perform. Dina begins to cry and worries that the people at the facility might not like her. Both Jack and Ashley assure her that everything will be fine. As the Abbott family and Kyle help Dina with her bags before taking her to her assisted care and living facility, Traci can’t help but cry herself. She realizes that might be the last time she ever sees Dina walk through that door again. Ashley gives her a big hug. Jack later realizes nothing will ever be the same again for them.
