Youtuber Gabi DiMartino has an Onlyfans where you have to pay to see her 18+ content, okay, fine. But the most recent thing she did really disturbed her fans to the nth degree.
She put up one video, it was only 35 seconds, for $3, with the caption “won’t put my panties on” which wouldn’t have been that big of a deal had she not trolled her entire audience and possibly went against the OnlyFans terms of service. (At least I hope content like this is against their terms of service!)
Youtube – Gabi DiMartino screws up royally
The video consisted of Gabi as a toddler, wearing a cute little sundress, someone in the background tells her “Nani says put your panties back on.” and little Gabi proceeds to lift her dress over her head. Her fans didn’t sign up for this, they thought it was literally going to be adult Gabi, sans underwear.
Gabi went to twitter saying that she was trolling when she made the video. Then she made another tweet explaining that she didn’t think it through and that she was trolling the whole time. Originally it was a video that she said she would send out to friends and family for trolling purposes and just decided to upload it to her OF page for basically the same purpose.
She did say however that she did not think this decision through and would be refunding everyone who paid for that their money, and she also took the video down. Okay she was trolling, and yes it was her in the video, arguably you can use your own childhood videos how you want, but if you put them up for download on an 18+ website, that’s when things become majorly questionable.
The thing is, she could have gotten her account taken away if this was against the OF Terms of Service, not only that but she could have majorly gotten some of her fans in trouble too.
You don’t ever want to be caught soliciting what looks to be underage minors for sexual purposes – and that’s exactly what that looked like, folks, if you want to break it down into legal terms. Maybe Gabi didn’t mean to potentially get a whole bunch of people on a potential FBI watch list but she may have just inadvertantly done that.
