Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers indicate that it never helps to play the blame game, and that seems like exactly what Claire Brady is doing. She’s still reeling from her breakup with Tripp and is in the mood to throw shade. The shade lands directly in Eve’s face because in Claire’s opinion it can’t possibly be her own fault, she can’t have possibly dug her own grave, because it was Eve who she teamed up with and Eve who dropped the ball when it came to her plans.

Then for her next trick, Claire is going to try and make all of Tripp’s clothing disappear by lighting it all on fire! Fortunately, she’s caught by Ben who prevents this horrific life decision simply by being present. However, that adds her to the list of suspects in his mind who could have caused the fire that almost killed Ciara. Claire, your firebug is showing.

Poor Ben, it seems that it’s his day to deal with crazy because he will bump into Eve as well. When he does she’ll make it very clear just how much she resents him for killing her daughter. This little run-in will inspire Eve to hatch a plot to ruin Ben, because she thinks that if her daughter was deprived of her life, why should this guy be walking around free? You can’t blame a Mom for thinking that. You also can’t blame her for hauling off and slapping Ben in the preview—once someone murders your child, that’s just not something that can be forgiven. But Ben won’t be the only one on the chopping block! It looks like there are quite a few people that are going to regret ever messing with Eve Donovan.
Jack, meanwhile, will be up to his ever infuriating antics. He plans to fire Hope as police commissioner of Salem and he makes good on his threat. Instead he hires his new wife, Eve, as Police Commissioner, which you would think would give her something to do besides plot against people, but nope. This plays into Eve’s plans quite nicely, actually. Sounds like the people at the Salem PD needs to batten down the hatches, duck and over, and pray for daylight.
JJ and Haley will still be on the run, and Tripp will help them (aww!), of course this might open him up to be in Eve’s line of fire. While JJ and Haley are hiding out at the Horton Cabin, they’ll definitely grow closer. Will sparks fly between them? Stay tuned!
