‘Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) was hot on Billy Abbott’s (Jason Thompson) tail concerning the attempted shooting of Adam Newman (Mark Grossman). All the signs seem to be pointing at him, but with some recent light shed on the gun used, it looks like he’s starting to reel back.
It was Billy’s earbud and gun parts found outside the Chancellor Communications building that made it seem obvious it was Billy, but after speaking to Chance Chancellor (Michael Gaston) today, he seems to be thinking it all seems too easy.

So if it wasn’t Billy, who is setting him up and why? Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) seems to think that the gun was stolen from her house now after her alarm was triggered a few weeks ago. They had assumed it was just a faulty alarm or something as nothing was missing.
Now, we know what was missing, however, Billy’s gun. The confusion continues, but at least Rey seems to be backing off Billy a bit. I honestly don’t believe it was Billy, and if Rey can start looking at other options now, they’ll be able to bring this to a close sooner.
