Just a few weeks ago, we all found out that one of the favorite couples from 90 Day Fiancé was getting a divorce. David Vazquez and Evelyn Cormier announced that they are splitting up and there have been a lot of rumors going around as to why. That aside, another 90 Day Fiancé couple, David Toborowsky and Annie Suwan wanted to share their thoughts about the split and the couple is feeling a little upset about it.

Of course, 90 Day Fiancé couples try to stick by each other if they do have a connection and have become friends. David and Annie have become very close with many of the couples that were on the show and David and Evelyn were one of them.

David T. said, “They spent Thanksgiving with us last year, so I was very shocked. We’re very close.” Annie added in that they received the news a few hours before the news broke out to fans. She added, “We were shocked to hear it. Sometimes in life, people are better off to go on their own separate paths.”
David and Evelyn made the announcement that they were splitting up in November of 2021. Evelyn made a post on Instagram that they were splitting up and she continued to post from New Hampshire, where she grew up.
The couple seemed to have different things in mind when it came to building their lives together. Evelyn wanted to focus on her music career and this could be one of the reasons that they went their separate ways. Even Annie said, “Honestly, she is young, and she might have different goals in her life, and that’s why they divorced.”
David T. added in, “If you’re intersecting your life, it’s better to keep going than try to force down a path that will end up and say, ‘Why did I waste 20 years?’ We just wish both of them the best because they are amazing.” When the couple split up, Evelyn then posted, “I’ve endured mental and emotional abuse because of a passionless, sexless, and narcissistic relationship. This is a good reminder that not everything you see on social media is reality.”
David V. has denied that he was abusive to his ex-wife and has not commented much on the fact that the couple is getting a divorce. We can see just why David and Annie are upset, but it does appear that they are very understanding of the couple’s decision to split.
