On the Tell-All episode of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, it was revealed that Usman Umar called his ex-girlfriend Zara and Kim Menzies had no clue that he did this. She was embarrassed and heartbroken. Usman asked her to calm down, but she ran off the stage.
Usman did admit that the reason he called Zara was that he wasn’t quite sure how he was feeling about Kim. The cast members that were gathered on the stage were in shock when they saw the clip of Usman calling Zara. This wasn’t the secret that he wanted to be revealed because he didn’t tell Kim that he called her.

In the second episode of the Tell-All, we will see Usman throw a tantrum of his own. in the video, it looked as if Usman was trying to get information out of Zara about if she would want to be in a relationship again with him. She hinted that she would, but never said it for sure.

In the clip, Kim is crying hysterically and we can see Usman trying not to laugh and with some weird clapping. Was he upset or was he laughing at her? He continued to ask her to hold on and calm down, but she ran out anyway.
Ben Rathbun then tells Usman to take a break and let her go if she wants to go. Usman tells Ben, “Good, good. Good, so listen to me because I was thinking like they cut off your voice.” Shaun Robinson then tells Usman to calm down, but he keeps talking over her.
The Usman says, “I am telling you this, Zara and I, we don’t even talk. Period.” When Kim comes back she says, “After everything I did, to call Zara is a slap in my face. I don’t even know, what do I do now? Do I make it work now? I mean, we’re in a relationship.” This is a horrible betrayal for Kim and all she wanted to do was make this work with her and Usman.
This has really changed what she is feeling now. Kim feels embarrased and betrayed and this feels as if he cheated on her by calling Zara. Talk about a stab to the heart.
