From 90 Day Fiancé, Karine Martins has been working on gaining custody of her children back. It has been a rough road for her ever since her estranged husband, Paul Staehle posted videos of the couple fighting and her passed out in their children’s playroom. They have gotten a lot of backlash from fans of the show for their wild behavior and in public, and now it looks as if all of their actions have finally caught up to them.
While Paul is hiding in Brazil and running from the law, Karine is doing her best to follow all of the judge’s orders in order to get her sons back. Now it looks as if she has started a GoFundMe account to help to pay for her lawyer fees.

There are many opinions on Karine’s actions and behavior ever since these videos were posted. Many fans of the show feel that the children need to go to a better home because of how they were treated by Paul and Karine.

Their marriage was never stable and the fact that they have been very public about it does not work in their favor. There are others who believe that Karine is really trying to get her sons back and she just needs a chance.
She recently shared her feelings on social media about the custody case. She wrote, “My two Brazilian children were taken from me by American CPS because me and my husband argued in front of our children. They will not give me an opportunity to get my kids back.”As of right now, no matter what rules Karine follows, she can still only see her sons 1 to 2 hours a week and her visits are fully supervised.
This has been heartbreaking for her, but at this point, there doesn’t seem to be too much she can do about it. She has been told to keep quiet on social media about it and she is not legally permitted to post any photos of her sons when she is visiting them.
She went on to say, “It seems because I am Brazilian, they have revoked my children’s passports and made it clear that my children will not return to Brazil where they were born. Please help me hire a lawyer.” She has shared the link for any fans who wish to help her get her children back and we do hope that she has some luck with this battle.
