On the newest episode of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way, we saw Nicole Sherbiny finally make it to Egypt. As she told her parents just how much she hated living there, she knew that she had to go and figure out if her marriage to Mahmoud Sherinby was going to work. As soon as she arrived, we all saw that she would be living in an apartment with his entire family!
There are adults, children, and families all living in this small space. She is an introvert in nature, so she has already asked him if they can get a place together. He asked her if they could give it a chance there so that they could save some money and figure out if they are going to work this time around. From the looks of it, some fans feel that their living situation could ruin their marriage.

Living with his entire family isn’t going to be easy and Nicole has already noticed this. Nicole has no real privacy in his family’s home, other than in their small bedroom. How will they navigate solving all of their problems if they can’t even talk about them in private?

Living as a giant family is part of their culture, but Nicole needs her peace and quiet. As an introverted person, she doesn’t know if she can handle the kids talking all the time, as well as all of the adults. She feels that this will be her breaking point and she could be right!
Since Nicole married Mahmoud, she has had a very tough time adapting to his culture and religion. She admitted to her parents that she did convert to Islam, but when asked to cover up her body and wear a hijab, she refused. Mahmoud continues to tell her that this is part of their religion and if she is going to practice, she needs to obey these rules.
Along with this rule, when she asked about going out and making friends in Egypt, her sister-in-law, Fatima, who is from China, told her that women don’t really go out much in Egypt. They mainly take care of the house and the family. They have family and that is all the friends that they need. This did not sit well with Nicole since she wants to make friends there so she has a support system.
Nicole is ready to have a place of her own in Egypt, but from the looks of it, they are going to be living with Mahmoud’s family for a while. Watch them on 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way on TLC. It airs on Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on TLC.
