Viewers of 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way are concerned that Evelin Villegas is simply conning Corey Rathgeber out of money for her very expensive wedding. She has already started to become one of the seasons villains and now viewers cannot believe how she strings Corey along, then decides to call him out on social media.
These two have been struggling since day one in their relationship, but always seem to come back to one another. They continue to run a bar together in Ecuador and now they are planning a big wedding there. There are plenty of viewers that think that she is just using him for his money and this wedding is a representation of that.
’90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way’: Evelin Doesn’t Want to Be Married
Ever since we can remember, Evelin has talked about how she doesn’t want to get married or even have children. Corey has always wanted to marry her, even though he can’t seem to be faithful to her. Perhaps a wedding is his way of showing his fidelity.
These two have broken up quite a few times, but we did see them during the quarantine getting closer than ever. We also saw a lot of fighting back then too, but all in all, they are back together and planning the wedding on the show. Evelin has turned the corner in their relationship and now she has decided that a wedding is just what she wants and her wedding budget is already at $50,000!
Of course, Reddit users started to go in on her about the costs and why she had a sudden change of heart. One posted, “Something doesn’t add up here. Average monthly income is like $450 in Ecuador and the wedding can run up to 50k!” One more Reddit user replied with, “This is the actual breakdown: $5,000 for the wedding, $5,000 for the wedding rings, food, and venue, $20,000 for her to show up for the wedding, $20,000 for her to say yes.”
The price for the wedding has been questioned quite a bit and we are all interested to see how this all plays out. Will these two end up getting married?
