When things just start getting good for Jenny Slatten and Sumit Singh, he pulled something on Sunday night that viewers were not expecting. There have been many obstacles for this couple, but now it looks like Sumit may be getting cold feet. Just as Jenny is ready to marry her dream man and her visa is running out, Sumit shows that he is super hesitant about moving in this direction.

Jenny has tried over and over again to get Sumit to marry her and she was about to give up. Then his astrologer told his mother that she needs to give them her blessing. With the blessing, Jenny knew that they would be married in no time at all. Sumit has started to talk more about his first marriage and that he is traumatized from it. He doesn’t want this marriage to end up in divorce either.

Sumit then told cameras, “We fought for this, for nine years. We fought everything. I got married, I got divorced. I go through all this trouble just to get married to Jenny, and when the actual time come, now I’m scared of marrying. But this is the way I feel.” When Sumit told Jenny that he was scared, her reaction was not at all what anyone expected.
He told Jenny, “I don’t want to be part of any marriage, I don’t want to go to court. I’m scared of that… Divorce changed me as a person. The person I was before and now, it’s a big difference.” Jenny then said to him, “I’m not going anywhere, you couldn’t get rid of me if you tried. I love you so much. I love you more than anything… I will never stop loving you. I will never leave you.”
The couple went to see a lawyer about the marriage paperwork and even though Jenny is so excite about moving forward, it just seems like Sumit has cold feet. He told cameras, “I feel like I’m on a speeding train and I can’t jump out of it.” Meanwhile, Jenny cannot hold in her excitement. She knows that visiting the lawyer means that they are moving forward with their marriage and this is all that she has ever wanted.
Sumit tells a friend about how afraid he is and viewers think that this could be a bad sign. Will Jenny and Sumit get married or will he call it off?
