’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers find that Stephanie Davison has found herself in a wee bit of legal trouble…okay, a big lot of trouble.

Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel has notified the kooky reality star that she must retract her statement that her company, Skin Envy’s beauty hormone injections boost the immune system and prevent against COVID-19.

Taking her initial claims made on social media  a step further, Stephanie went on a local Michigan television news show to claim “all of my friends got COVID-19, but I never did.” She went on to say, “I’ve had people tell me in the medical field that it is probably due to the ipamorelin/sermorelin.”

The Attorney General has condemned any “misleading and false claims related to consumer products” and, after her office received a complaint about Stephanie touting her business over science, said in a statement, “this will not be tolerated”.

The complaint said in part, “For over a year now, consumers have been barraged with misinformation regarding Covid-19 prevention. Your false claim regarding sermorelin injection prevention is troubling, especially as it may encourage consumers to purchase sermorelin injections from your business in lieu of receiving a free vaccination.”

Nessel’s office said that if Stephanie does not comply with the notice they have issued her, it could result in a civil lawsuit or formal investigation.

Stephanie has 10 days to retract the claims from the day of the notice- which she received on Monday, May 17. She must also cease using the video repeating the unsubstantiated claim.

We will be waiting with baited breath to see if Stephanie complies.

It seems she, like most other ex-cast members, is doing her part to cash in on her post 90 Day Fiancé fame. She even claims she went on the show solely to promote her Skin Envy business.

It’s doubtful this was the kind of promotion she was seeking. Then again, this is Stephanie we are speaking about…
