’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers finds that Yara Zoya Dufren announced on her IG page that she accomplished a very important milestone in her new life as an American Citizen – she got her American driver’s license!
She says that she also drives in her native Ukraine, but had to enroll in a driver’s school here, which was difficult because she says that they literally have things booked for months in advance, also, correct me if I’m wrong but they drive on a completely different side of the road than in the US, so there has to be some adjustment there, just, different country, different rules. Yara said it took months, but she finally got them.

She said that living in New Orleans, she didn’t actually have very much access to uber and lyft, and said that sometimes she would have to wait for 30 minutes to an hour for a rideshare to pick her up, which isn’t convenient at all.
Also, speaking as someone who lives in the rural south, it really depends on where you live if you have actual access to uber or lyft or not, it goes by zip code as to whether or not its offered and some zipcodes simply do not have it, or it’s so expensive that it makes the ride not worth it in the end. Also, with a baby, it’s imperative that Yara be able to drive.
She said that she didn’t know how she lived without cars before and now that she can drive she’s excited to go wherever she wants. This is a good thing and a bad thing.
A good thing because this means that she does not have to be stuck at home all day while Jovi is at work, it means that she can be independant and she and little Mylah can go places without potentially involving Grandma Gwen to take them everywhere – besides that we know that Gwen and Jovi are two hours apart due to the whole Ukranian Christmas fiasco, so it’s not all that feasible for her to be driving back and forth all the time.
For Jovi this is a mixed blessing because while this definitely means that Yara can get around without him or his Mom, this also means that she can potentially check up on him and come and drag him out of bars if need be, and if push comes to shove she can also drive her and little Mylah to the airport and be gone in a couple hours, max.
It seems that Yara is happy, right now, but how long will that last? We’ll see. Stay tuned!!!
