Color us shocked! At the time of the filming, Thais was only 16 weeks along with her first baby. We are pretty sure that somewhere her Dad’s head is exploding because he did not give his blessing for the union, even though that was what Patrick desperately seemed to want because it fulfilled some sort of old-fashioned quota or something that he was was trying to fill. But it came down the the wire and Thais’s Dad wasn’t budging, but he did tell Patrick that he trusted him to take care of her.

Now with Thais 16 weeks along this prove some thing, Patrick doesn’t waste any time getting down to business. Although that does beg the question, was Thais pregnant at the end of 90 day when they were filming? Did her Dad suspect something and is that why he wouldn’t give the blessing?

Or is there something more there that we’re not seeing. However, that speculation is probably off the mark considering 90 day is filmed in advance and if that had been the case then Kobe and Emily Blaise‘s new baby would not be born yet and it is already a few months old. So Patrick and Thais’s baby was probably conceived well after the wedding.
The thing is, Patrick did not initially think that he could have kids because of his former steroid use. He said that he meant to tell Thais about this previously but that the language barrier kind of got in the way.
Then Patrick said that Thais did not initially tell him even after she had gotten two positive pregnancy tests, and had him go and make her a gyno appointment for something else and then did not tell him until she got the official results from the doctor. He said that Thais doesn’t tell him anything if she cannot back it up as absolutely true, and then in the subsequent moments we see why she does this.
Thais’s jealousy was always kind of an issue on the show but we didn’t exactly know why. Then Thais let it slip that the reason why was the fact that she found out the day they got engaged that Patrick has been dating another woman back in the states while still going to Brazil every month and dating her.
Patrick proceeded to argue up and down that that was not the case and it was a really confusing time and that he wasn’t sure that they were in a relationship or not, but it seems pretty clear that if you’re traveling to their home country, dating, and having sex with them that you are in a relationship.
Sean Robinson tried to call him out but Patrick wouldn’t admit to dating two women at once. Patrick did admit that he was in the wrong, so I guess we have to take a win where we can get it. Stay tuned!!!
