90 Day Fiancé cast member, Syngin Colchester has started to post more about how he is feeling about his body issues. It seems strange coming from a man about these issues, but his fans are great listeners and a good support system.
It took him awhile, but now that he is getting more candid with his fans, he has opened up about how much weight he has gained. He said that fans have been pretty judgmental about his weight gain, but he is trying to push it aside.

Syngin met his wife, Tania Maduro in South Africa when she was working there. The couple hooked up and she ended up spending months with him at his house.
Of course, his roommates were not keen on this, but they ended up getting much closer and made it work. The couple now lives in Connecticut and they are making things work together.

He has gained a lot of weight since COVID hit and he also was in bed a lot because of a foot injury during a summer hiking trip. He knows that he has put on weight and being married has caused a lot of it too.
It does seem that when people get married, they do end up gaining weight out of the comfort of routine and a partner that loves them unconditionally. He posted a picture from years ago before he got married and then a picture of himself.
He captioned it, “Picked up over 20 pounds of dad bod thanks to American food, marriage, and COVID weight. But I love myself the same and I always will because in that there is true happiness. I will start my fitness journey with my brother soon in 2045 hahahah. No joking, it will be very soon.”
His fans were very happy that he shared this with them and they showed their support and love for him. They gave him some advice and then shared their stories of weight gain during quarantine as well. We all know how tough it is to lose that weight and it takes a lot for him to share it publicly with his fans.
