This week, 90 Day Fiancé couple, Paul Staehle and Karine Staehle went back to court to try and win back the custodial rights to their children. Their children are currently in foster care and the couple has been trying their hardest to see them again. These two have quite a history and it looks as if the judge took a look at their pasts and made a very strong choice.

Paul was very upset to hear the judge’s final decision and it was not good. The judge has completely stripped the parents of their children. He told his fans, “It is sad that Karine has done everything the CPS and the judge asked her to do since December. CPS and Judge Hagarty division 5 Family court will only allow her one hour, one day a week to see our children.”

He went on to say that she is a hard worker and she does her best to earn money for her family. She has lost all government assistance from medical, housing, and food stamps.
While he is off on vacation in Brazil, he is writing all of this, but there are also fans who think that he fled the country because he is in trouble with the law in the states. He did go on to say, “I have seen other judges allow a mother an opportunity to get their children’s custody back. Our children miss their parents. The termination of our parental and custodial rights without a fair opportunity at reunification just shows how corrupt the system is.”
Paul also pointed out that the CPS case worker that is supposed to be helping them, “hung up in my face for asking for assistance for services. She talks to me and Karine like complete trash and offers us zero help.” While Paul is out in Brazil living his best life, Karine has to deal with all of this on her own. He has shared a lot of photos from Brazil and in one of his Stories on Instagram, there was also a picture of her. Are they back together or was he jus showing her some love?
We will continue to monitor this case to see what happens next and if Karine and Paul will ever get to see their children again. They have mentioned that they are hiring a legal team that can help them to get their sons back for good.
