’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers tease that Mike Younquist and Natalie Mordetseva have finally set down and discussed a wedding date for when they finally tie the knot. Natalie said that according to the Ukrainian tradition that it’s best to get married at the beginning of the month when the full moon is growing.

I’m not really familiar with that tradition but I’m going to guess that it symbolizes the growing love between the bride and groom. If not, someone can feel free to correct me. Mike wanted to do it on the 2nd, but apparently Natalie did not like the number 2.

’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Mike and Natalie set a date!

The reason being is that in her confessional she said that her previous wedding was on March 22nd and that didn’t work out so well. I can honestly see where she would be a little leery of the number 2 after having a marriage that didn’t work out happen on that date.

So even though it’s a new month, yeah, no number 2. She decided to get married on April 3rd because to her that represents the holy trinity, the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Yes, Natalie is still religious, but she says that she’s okay with not having a church wedding because according to her religion if she gets married in her church they will both have to be baptised or it won’t be recognized.

We all know how Mike feels about religion, so that’s out, but Natalie is fine with just having a regular, secular wedding.

That’s a win for Mike, it must have been really hard for Natalie to come to terms with a wedding that wouldn’t include her faith, but she’s taking that one on the chin like a champ. Mike’s Mom was sitting right there when they made the plans.

The way they talk, they want to have the wedding at Mike’s house, and of course poor Natalie wants her Mom and friends to be able to attend… my heart broke for her when she started crying for her Mama. Not having her Mom there to help her plan her wedding is probably really hard on her, and I think Mike’s Mom recognized that because she started crying too.

I’m glad that Mike said that he would get Natalie’s Mom there and her friends there for the wedding, I’m glad that he’s making an effort to be nicer to Natalie and has set a date in order to make her feel more secure. Now let’s just hope he can keep these promises. Stay tuned!!!
