’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers find that in the world of this show it doesn’t surprise us when we see that cast members have a checkered past. One of the newest cast members, Jovi Dufren is one of these cast members.
He and his fiance, Yara Zaya have been seen quite a lot on the show these days and the online sleuths have started to find out a lot more about his past. In fact, they have found that he has a criminal past.

When Yara first got to New Orleans, she quickly discovered that Jovi likes to drink… a lot. Clearly with all of the vacations that they have been on, she never noticed it before, but this isn’t the first time someone has said something to him about it.
One of the first times that she said something to him about it was when he picked her up from the airport at 8:50 am and had a whiskey drink in hand. She has called him an alcoholic and really doesn’t like the fact that he is always drinking.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Jovi Dufren Has a Criminal Past
There are a few records in New Orleans of Jovi’s arrest. The first one was in 2008 and this is when he was 19 years old. He was charged with a DUI and it looks like he was pulled over because he wasn’t wearing a seatbelt and he ran a red light.
There was another charge in 2009 when he was given a ticket when he had alcohol under the age of 21. It seems that he has also missed a couple or court dates as well. Jovi isn’t as responsible as we thought he was.
Jovi did a Q&A for his fans on Instagram and one of his fans asked, “Do you drink alcohol every day.” Jovi told that fan, “Not even close, but I do like to have a good time.” Fans that have followed him on Instagram also noticed that Yara wasn’t in the picture with him and his family on Instagram.
The picture was captioned, “Happy New Year from my family to yours.” One fan wrote, “Where is your wedding ring?” Another wrote, “Where is your strange wife?” There were also fans that told Jovi that they would marry him.
It seems that Jovi does like to drink a lot, but according to him, it is not everyday. Could it be the editing that we all know TLC loves to do?
