On the Tell-All episode, Colt revealed that he had slept with his best friend while Jess was back in Brazil and she exploded on him.
She revealed some news of her own though. She had married an American man named, Brian Hanvey. Many fans continue to think that she just uses American men for a green card, but there are some serious rumors swirling around that she may be getting deported.

When it comes to getting a green card, it is not easy. Jess has worked really hard to find an American man who will love and marry her and help her to get a green card. Now it looks like Jess could be getting deported.
Jess and Brian were living in Michigan together, but it looks like they have moved to Las Vegas so that Brian can find a better job. He is a musician and it has been tough for him to find work right now. It also seems that the couple doesn’t have a lot of income coming in or savings.

This has caused some issues for them. The couple called Carmen, who you may remember from 90 Day Fiancé and they have asked her to help them out with work. Jess is very worried that she will get deported and have no choice but to go back to Brazil.
Brian and Jess have put in the paperwork for her visa, but according to their lawyer, Brian doesn’t have enough money to support Jess and himself and this could really be an issue with her paperwork.
Brian did ask his parents if they could help sponsor Jess, but they have refused to help. This has caused so many problems so far and it looks like things are getting worse for Jess. If Jess doesn’t find a sponsor soon, she will be in America illegally and will more than likely get deported.
The couple will continue to work hard to help Jess stay in the country and Jess continues to promote her OnlyFans account and hopes that she can start making the kind of money that her old bestie makes on the site.
