’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers tells that when Patrick Mendes brought fiance Thais Ramone from Brazil to the US, at first glance we thought that their only problems were external and their name was John. However, it seems like that’s not the only problem in the relationship, now it’s come down to money and how Patrick is literally not including her in any of the financial decisions and then screaming to high heaven when Thais wants to make herself feel more at home by decorating.
Okay, we will admit that maybe, just maybe $180 for a throw pillow is way too much, and some of the pillows that Thais was holding weren’t even worth it. (Who wants an ugly green pillow?) But Patrick literally doesn’t want his apartment to be any color other than black white and gray.

Can someone please poof this guy back to the 1940’s? Then his mindset would at least make some sort of sense. Granted, the economy would be better back then so maybe he wouldn’t be quite so penny-pinchy if he had a time machine. Either way, Thais was complaining about how strict he was with the finances, but she wasn’t mean about it, and she didn’t mean it how Patrick took things.
Patrick took her complaints to feel as if he wasn’t supporting her, but that wasn’t the case, she just wanted a few accents to help her feel at home. But when he complained about the financial burden being too much, she asked to see his bank account – and that’s when Patrick got angry.
People in the fandom are now speculating that the actual reason that Patrick blew his top was because he is actually in mountains and mountains of debt and he doesn’t want Thais to know. If he were, it would make sense, considering he used to do steroids and last time we heard anything about steroids they aren’t cheap to obtain.
People have also speculated that the reason why Patrick let his brother have the entire upstairs of his house is because he needs financial help and that John is paying rent – the paying rent part would make sense, but how much Patrick actually depends on that monthly contribution is highly suspect, and may be the reason why he hasn’t already told John to leave.
Patrick says that he didn’t have a big support system growing up so it’s hard for him to let people in when it comes to things like financial decision. Okay man, but you don’t have to be such a douche about it. Geeze! Stay tuned!!!
