Former 90 Day Fiancé cast member, Michael Jessen has been open about how his marriage to Juliana Custodio ended. They broke it off and according to him, she cheated on him. She is now living in Germany with her fiancé and their new baby.
During the pandemic, we saw a lot of tension between Michael and Juliana and when Michael lost his job, Juliana made it a point to tell her fans that she was the only one working. No matter what happened during the pandemic, the couple went their separate ways and Michael began to struggle financially.

This is a new chapter in his life and not the best one. Michael’s house was reported to be in foreclosure in July of 2021. He had completely stopped paying his mortgage about a year after he bought the home for $1,195,000 in July 2019. This foreclosure was dragged out in court for about 15 months and there was also a mediator involved. While in court, there was never much of an agreement met. That doesn’t matter any longer since the home has finally sold.

Michael ended up selling the house to a couple from Florida for $1,395,000 back in November 2022 and the sale was official on December 2, 2022. The home was freed from foreclosure on December 23, 2022, and now Michael is rid of the property altogether. It seems that Jessen took a hit though because the home ended up selling for $80,000 less than he wanted it to, however, it did sell for over $200,000 for what Michael paid for it when he bought it in 2019.
Even with this price, it doesn’t seem as if he made any money whatsoever on this property. With all of the debt that Juliana hinted at, he will more than likely use this money to try and catch up on it and try to pay some of it off.
There are plenty of debts that he does need to pay off, in fact, Starcasm previously reported that there were multiple civil lawsuits that were filed against him in 2022. These are for unpaid credit cards and total about $28,000. There is also a lawsuit against Michael from Sean Nasso. He claims that Michael’s dog attacked him and he is taking Michael to court for medical expenses. Nasso is Michael’s ex-wife, Sarah’s husband.
It seems as if Jessen has a lot of debt that he really needs to take care of. We will continue to keep an eye on him and keep readers updated on his daily life.
