From 90 Day Fiancé, Michael Jessen and Juliana Custodio caused quite a stir on the show. Now they are split up after Juliana found another man to have a child with, but Michael’s woes just seem to keep coming. There were plenty of rumors that Juliana was a gold digger and that is why she married Jessen.
When he was unable to work as much during the pandemic, it looks as if she was the breadwinner in the family, or at least that is what she said. The rumors began to grow even deeper when Juliana left Michael amid all of his financial problems.

To add to this, Juliana has been very open about having her new boyfriend’s baby and just how happy she is. Micahel is going through some rough patches and to add insult to injury, it looks as if now he is being sued by his ex-wife’s husband.

The Instagram account, Mommy Says Bad Words Too, posted a picture of a lawsuit that is being filed against Michael. He shared it on Instagram and wrote, “Sarah’s husband is now suing me due to a bite from our dog, Howard, incurred during this time living with us… He and Sarah lived rent-free and mostly expense-free in my home for 18 months and, of course, there was also that thing with my wife, Juliana.” When we looked at Michael’s Instagram account, which is public, he also posted a picture of Sean Naso, Sarah’s husband, and a picture of his dog. The dog really looks as if it couldn’t hurt anyone.
Michael had plenty of comments about this case, including one from 90 Day Fiancé cast member, David Toborowsky. He wrote, “He sounds like a class act.” Then Evelin Villegas added, “That’s terrible! What a shameless guy. I hope this experience teaches you not to open your doors to anybody. Honestly, most people are never good and it’s always better to keep your circle small. Your kids are amazing and they are the best company you can have.” Although Michael did tag Sean, his account is no longer found on Instagram, which makes us think that he deleted it because of this drama.
