’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers finds that, last year, Kenneth packed up his entire life in Florida to go and move to Mexico to be with the man that he loved, Armando, and Armando’s daughter and be a family to them. However, he left his own family behind in Florida.
Granted, his family consisted of his adult children and their young kids, and they were already full grown adults with their own lives and families before he decided to spread his wings and find the love of his life.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Kenny is homesick
Kenneth didn’t have the most traditional of backstories either, he was traditionally married for years to a woman just so he could have kids and it looks like his ex-wife was fine with that, according to everyone in his life she knew about his actual preference and it looks like they parted amicably.
So now, after a year, his daughter Cassidy is coming to visit him in Mexico, and boy is she full of questions. The first thing she asks him after they have a sweet reunion hug is if there’s any ‘regrets’, yup, she went there! Kenneth said that there were definite periods of depression for him because he misses everyone back in Florida and there is also a lot of guilt about his leaving.
He says that he is honest with Armando about everything – but this, because he doesn’t want him to feel responsible or like he’s the cause of it. He said that previously he had put off the move because of family issues and Armando had gotten upset with him about it. So now he largely doesn’t mention anything to do with it.
In the wake of her Dad’s absence, Cassidy feels the pressure to keep the family together and interacting with each other (have to wonder if they have some Potthast level family drama going on there), she says that it almost feels like the rest of the family doesn’t really care if they stay in touch or not.
Kenny says he wonders if the rest of the kids have some measure of resentment toward him for ‘breaking up the family’ and choosing his own happiness instead of continuing life as they knew it with them. From the way Cassidy was crying… I guess we’ll see. Stay tuned!!!
