’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers have revealed that Zied Hakimi has only been in the US for 48 hours right now, and the homesickness is strong, you can tell. He just got off the phone with his Mom and apparently part of his culture is to be very involved with his family.

He says it’s not the same not waking up with his Mom in the same house as him. Of course, it’s not going to be the same, it never is when you move out of your family home for the first time, but now, fiance Rebecca Parrot is worried because Zied is already talking about going back home and she’s afraid that even if he waits six months that if he goes back then, he won’t be able to come back into the country.

’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Can Zied make it for a year?

The bad thing is, she’s not sure that Zied understands this. Right now, he’s still freshly homesick, so the memories of Tunisia is very fresh on his mind.

However, the thing is when one moves to another country, one has to go by immigration laws and sometimes that means that they won’t let you go back home to visit for quite awhile until all of your paperwork is in order. According to some sources, it takes years to process immigration claims, so Zied might be stuck here a good while before he can go back home to see his family – the thing is, can he make it?

Rebecca worries that since he’s already bringing up the idea of going back home that he’s not really committed to the idea of staying with her and possibly not committed to the idea of marrying her. Again, I think that Rebecca is overthinking things and that she’s placing a lot of unwarranted fear on Zied – he seems perfectly content with the relationship itself so far, I think he’s just homesick.

Rebecca is reading way too  much into things and she may be comparing him to her Morroccan ex which is, as previously stated, unfair to Zied because even though I’m not a Zied fan, he doesn’t seem like he’s that bad of a guy.

He seems to have largely worked through a lot of the issues that they were having in Tunisia but that could be just until the ‘new’ of being in the US wears off, we’ll give him a little while for his true colors to shine through. Either way, it’ll be interesting to see if Zied can make it or not without fleeing back to Tunisia – stay tuned!!!
